Booking Policies
1. A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of booking.
2. Final Payment should be received four weeks prior to arrival date (for overseas travelers).
3. Payment must be made immediately for confirmation for last minute bookings.
Cancellation Policies
1. Passenger who has confirmed reservation and does not show up for the tour (no show) is
entitled to 25% refund.
2. Passenger who has cancelled between 24 to 48 hours from their travel date is entitled to 50%
refund.
3. Passenger who has cancelled between 48 to 72 hours from their travel date is entitled to 75%
refund.
4. Passenger who has cancelled between 3 to 14 days before their tour date is entitled to 75%
refund.
5. Passenger who has cancelled more than 14 days before their tour date is entitled to 100%
refund.
Other Notices
1. Prices subject to change without notice.
2. Children between the ages of 0- 5 years of age are free for the River Expedition Tour.
